DAMN is a group of physicians that support Special Operation Forces and SWAT/SRT law enforcement organizations medically, via training, and operationally, via consulting and deployment of medical resources down range.

Our physicians are uniquely trained in combatives and certified in firearm use for force protection, as active members of entry teams on SWAT and SRT units with several Law Enforcement agencies.

We train operators, medical units, paramedics and physicians on the utilization of medicine in tactical and operational environments.

We have medically advised and trained units with the United States Government:  Department of Defense, Department of Justice, State and Local Law Enforcement Agencies.
